Construction Notes
1. The Contractor shall submit a request for materials approval at the earliest
possible date.
2. As -Build drawings will be required on completion of all projects,
3. The Contractor shall notify all utilities regarding their facilities located
within the project limits 48 hours prior to commencing work.
4. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to existing utilities.
The Contractor shall notify the affected utility and the City immediately
upon damage.
