Atkinson Construction Strander Blvd., SW 271, St Extension Change Order No. 9 October 30, 2013 Reason for Change: Atkinson Construction to provide 400 LF of 6" RGS conduit which was originally to be provided by PSE for the utility trench south of abutment No. 3. PSE could not provide the material in time for the work to be completed, so Atkinson purchased the material from Platt Electric. Description: This change compensates Atkinson Construction for their purchase of the conduit from Platt Electric per invoice 3688130. Four hundred lineal feet of conduit at $3,018.1545 per hundred lineal foot, equals $12,072.62 plus 9.5% tax and proper force account material mark up for a total of $15,995.62 Add the Following New Items to Contract CAG 11 -133: New Bid Item SA -150 "RGS 6 inch Conduit' ' represents full compensation to Atkinson Con- struction for all costs both direct and indirect for all labor, equipment, and materials.
