ADJOURNMENT MINUTES FIREMEN'S PENSION BOARD CITY OF RENTON March 26, 2015 Denis Law, Mayor Jason Seth, City Clerk Ray Barilleaux, Fire Department Representative Bruce Phillips, Fire Department Representative The regular meeting of the Firemen's Pension Board was called to order by Mayor Denis Law at 2:00 p.m. in the Mayor's office, 7th floor of Renton City Hall. In attendance were Board members Mayor Law, City Clerk Jason Seth, Ray Barilleaux and Bruce Phillips. MINUTES APPROVAL MOVED BY BARILLEAUX, SECONDED BY PHILLIPS, THE PENSION BOARD APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 15, 2015 MEETING. CARRIED. MONTHLY STATEMENT The final financial reports of December 2014,January 201, and February 2015 were reviewed. Total cash/investment balance was, as of October 31, 2014, $5,006,383.42. MONTHLY BILLS AND PENSION PAYMENTS MOVED BY BARILLEAUX, SECONDED BY PHILLIPS,THE BOARD APPROVE THE PENSION/MEDICAL PAYMENTS OF$15,019.03 FOR February 2015 AND $15,019.03 FOR MARCH 2015 TO BE PAID BY THE FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND. CARRIED. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Ray Barilleaux requested that Jill Masunago report on the preliminary results of the Firemen's Pension Survey that was mailed out earlier this year. NEW BUSINESS The Fire & Emergency Services Department conducted an election and Ray Barilleaux was elected to a new two-year term of office to the Firemen's Pension Board effective January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016. ADJOURNMENT MOVED BY BARILLEAUX, SECONDED BY PHILLIPS, THE MEETING OF THE FIREMEN'S PENSION BOARD BE ADJOURNED. CARRIED.
