Hi Corey,
This applicant is proposing a temporary parking arrangement (3 years) in order to accommodate a 9-foot
temporary sound transit easement along the south property line. In order to arrange this, they needed
to change their fire lane proposal, in addition to parking and drive aisle modifications. See attached (ARB
Renton Alternate Parking with Sound Transit Easement). Let me know if you would like a meeting with
Mike and I to discuss their plan. Do you have any concerns? The fire line does appear to go under the
canopy. I also attached their elevations, which includes the parking proposal after the temporary
easement.
Thank you,
Angelea Weihs, Associate Planner
