Dear Planning Division,
The proposed project is an adding 6,000 sf of new office space; however, we are only moving desks from
existing shop space into new dedicated office space. The total number of desks / occupant load is only
increasing by +10 resulting in peak load traffic impact being <25 tips. No change to existing parking and the
current parking is larger than the needed capacity on the site / building.
Existing parking count: 195 (shared with other site buildings)
Proposed parking count: 195 (shared with other site buildings)
No impact to existing infrastructure on site.
