I just got a call back from the City of Renton and the message I left yesterday on their customer service line I was sent to
twice. The fee is to be paid after we submit. Our project manager, who is likely Jill, will send an actual ‘invoice’ when it
is time to pay the fee. I am guessing Jill is also the one you are getting the FTP site details from so we can submit?
