ANTICIPATED TO BE NEEDED. SINCE THE SITE HAS BEEN IN OPERATION, IT IS
DETERMINED THAT PERIMETER FENCING IS NECESSARY TO KEEP THE SITE SECURE
FOR THE SAFETY OF STAFF AND RESIDENTS.
