The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on May 5, 2023.
During review of the submitted project documents, staff determined that multiple issues related to the utility
connections needed to be addressed in order to proceed further with the review. Staff has received your updated
documents and will proceed with review of the project. The Environmental Review Committee (ERC) meeting has
been tentatively scheduled for Monday, October 16th, 2023. The Hearing Examiner Public Hearing has been
tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, November 14th, 2023 at 11:00am.
