3.Description of work. OPEN SPLICE PIT , PULL NEW CABLE APPROX 600' GOING NE AND APPROX
120' GOING SW, TRANSFORMER INSTALLATION, SWITCHING CIRCIRTS-CAUSING OUTAGE TO
COMMERICAL PROPERTIES.
4.The equipment and vehicles used for the work (please provide a table of the equipment to be used
with its appropriate decibels).
Vehicles: 3 LINE TRUCKS 85db @ 50'
1 TON TRUCK 85db @ 50'
Sawzall: 85db @ 50’
5.Proposed Noise Mitigating Measures the applicant will implement to minimize the sound level
violations. Use hand tools when possible. Limit run time of gas‐powered equipment.
