1. Project name, size and location of site:
a. Cedar River Boathouse Pier H-Pile Replacement
b. 25 square feet of space at water level at a concrete pier
c. Cedar River Boathouse, 1060 Nishiwaki Lane, Renton 98057
2. Zoning designation of the site and adjacent properties = UC-2
3. Current use of the site and any existing improvements:
a. Public recreation and fishing pier
b. Leased docks for operation of Renton Rowing Center
4. Special site features (i.e., wetlands, water bodies, steep slopes) = Lake Washington
5. Statement addressing soil type and drainage conditions:
a. N/A
6. Proposed use of the property and scope of the proposed development (i.e., height, square
footage, lot coverage, parking, access, etc.):
a. Same = Public recreation and fishing pier
