GENERAL INFORMATION
On site for concrete placement testing for the bridge approach slab on S6. The reinforcement steel was inspected to
conformance by Terracon.
CONCRETE PLACEMENT
Terracon observed concrete placement as follows:

TESTS PERFORMED
The following field tests were performed: Slump (5.0”), Air Content (5.5%), Concrete Temp. (61F), Ambient Temp. (52°F).
Cast (4) 4x8” lab cure cylinders for compressive strength testing.
The results of observations for today were reported to American Construction Company.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
Based on our observations and testing, the above noted items appear to be in general accordance with the project
documents.
