GENERAL INFORMATION
Aaron with American Construction requested Terracon to be on site for reinforcing steel observation of the following
elements: slab-on-deck. These elements are being constructed by American Construction. The results of observations for
today were reported to Aaron with American Construction.
The construction documents referenced for this observation included: Approved plans and documents.

Terracon observed reinforcing steel detailed below for the following items (as applicable): grade, configuration, size, lap
length, quantity, spacing, tying, clearances and steel condition.
