Contractor shall review, approve and submit submittals in accordance with provisions of Contract documents. Purpose of Contractor's submittal is to demonstrate the
way by which Contractor proposes to conform to information given and design concept expressed in Contract Documents. By submitting submittals, the Contractor and
Subcontractor represents that they have reviewed for compliance with Contract Documents, approved the submittal, and has determined and verified materials, field measurements
and field construction criteria related thereto, or will do so, and has checked and coordinated information contained within such submittals with the requirements of the Work and
Contract Documents.

NOTE: Contractor shall direct specific attention, in writing or on resubmitted submittal, to revisions other than those requested by Architect on previous
submittals. In absence of such written notice Architect's approval of a resubmission shall not apply to such revisions.
Architect's review is limited to provisions stipulated in Contract Documents and Architect's agreement with the Owner: Architect's review is for limited purpose of
checking for conformance with information given and design concept expressed in Contract Documents. Architect's review of submittals is not conducted for purpose of
determining accuracy and completeness of other details such as dimensions and quantities, or for substantiating instructions for installation or performance of equipment or
systems, all of which remain the responsibility of Contractor as required by Contract Documents. Architect's review of submittals shall not relieve Contractor's contractual
obligations. Architect's review shall not constitute approval of safety or health precautions or, of any construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures.
Architect's review or approval of a specific item shall not indicate approval of an assembly of which item is a component. Deviation from the Contract Documents not clearly noted
or addressed by the Contractor, have not been reviewed and can only be authorized by a properly executed Change Order.
