Landscaping required by this section shall be maintained by the owner and/or occupant and shall be subject to periodic inspection by the development services division. Plantings are to be maintained in a healthy, growing condition and those dead or dying shall be replaced. Property owners shall keep the planting areas reasonably free of weeds and litter. Corrective Action: Maintain the required landscape areas to professional standards by replacing the dead or dying planting, trimming shrubbery and removing weeds and litter. Remove all bushes and vegetation that are encroaching into the public rights of way.
