SERVICES FOR CITY OF RENTON FUN RUNS, WALKS, AND RACES
THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as September, 11, 2023, is by and
between the City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Bell Lap
Productions, LLC (“Consultant”), a Washington limited liability company. The City and the
Consultant are referred to collectively in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed
by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-23-200, dated
April 15, 2023, to provide necessary services for the timing services for City of Renton fun runs,
walks, and races (referred to herein as the “Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to include additional timing services, in order
to partner on a new event, Superhero 5K.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-23-200 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add timing services to a new
event, Superhero 5K, as specified in Exhibit A-1, which is attached and incorporated
herein and may hereinafter be referred to as the “Work.”
2.Time of Performance:Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended pursuant to the
schedule(s) set forth in Exhibit A-1. All Work shall be performed by no later than
September 25, 2023.
3. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $1,000 from $6,000 to $7,000, plus
any applicable state and local sales taxes. The additional compensation shall be paid
based upon Work actually performed according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in
Exhibit A-1 ,which is attached and incorporated herein.
4.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.

Superhero 5K –September 22, 2023
9/11/23 - List event information provided by race director on website calendar at
www.BellLapProductions.com
9/21/23 - Provide a disposable transponder chip on race day for up to 100 runners/walkers.
Data entry of all participant information into the timing software for all persons who will be timed at the
event.
9/22/23 - Set-up the finish line arch, chute and time clock on race day.
9/22/23 - Set-up a primary and back-up timing system at the start and/or finish line.
0/22/23 - Time all pre-registered participants in the race; Provide categorized online results as quickly as
cell reception allows.
9/23/23 - Post final race results, on-line at www.BellLapProductions.com within 24 hours of the race’s
completion (normally done as participants are finishing). Additional charge may be applied if a file copy of
the results is needed and Bell Lap Productions LLC will grant 72 hours for changes to be made to the
results.
