2. City of Renton shall have the right to ingress and egress aver those por�ions of th� Praperty
r�ecessary #o perform inspections of the stormwater faci�i#i�s and BMPs and canduct
ma�ntenan�ce artsysti�es specifi�d i� �his De�clarativn af �owenant and in accvrdance with #he
Renton h�unicipai Code. City of Renton shall pravide at reast thirty �3�� days' written r�atice to
the O�wners that entry on the Praperty is planned for the inspec�ion of drain�age facifiti+es. After
the tl�irty (3p} days, �he (]wners shall allvw the City n� Rentan ta enter #or the sale purpose vf
inspecting c�rainage �a�c'r[ities. In lieu of inspectian k�y the City, t�e t]v+rne�s may eleEt to engage
a ��cer�sed civil enginee� �egis�e��d in t'�e state vf 1Nashi�ngtan whv has e�cpertise in drainage ta
inSpect the dra�nage fa�ilitie�� a�nd provide a written report describing tF��eir tandi�ian. i� t�e
engineec optfnn is chvsen, the �►nrners s�all prn►vide written notice tv the �C��y of Renton withfn
ffteen �15� days vf r�eeiving the City's nvtice o� insp�ection. Vllithin th'rrty �3�} days vf giving �his

3. I� City of Rentan deterrnines frarr� its inspec�inn, vr f+rvm �n �ngine�er's rep�ort prov�ded in
a�cord'ance with Paragraph 2, that mai�tenanCe� repair, restora�ivn, and/or mi�igation wvrk is
requ��red �o be dvn� ta any of�h� drainage fa�iiities, City of Renton sha!! notifiy the Owners vf
th� sp�cif�c main�enance, repair, restaration� and/o� mi�igation work �"Work"� required
pursuar�t �o the Renton Municipal Code. The Cfty sha1� also set a reasanat��e dead�ine '�o� the
�wners ta comptete the Work, or to pro�Ede an engineers re�aort that rr�r�fies Gamp�et;vn af
th� Wvrk. After the deatlline has passed, the Uwners shal� a�law the City access to re-�nspect
the dra�nage facElities un�ess an engin�eer's repert �as been p�v�ided verifying corr�pietion vf
the V11ork. �f �he 1Nark is not �ornpleted with�n the time f�ame set by the City, th�e Ci� may
