Annual Renewal of M365 Protection Licensing
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-22-350 with lvoxy
Consulting, Inc. This Amendment authorizes Invoice# TYLWQ1924, in the amount of
$10,681.90, for the annual renewal of Rubrik M365 cloud protection. Renewal dates are
11/04/23 -11/03/24.
Information Technology uses this product for data and backup protection of the city's
M365 environment, including but not limited to e-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, and
Teams.
