HomeMy WebLinkAboutC_On Hold Letter #2_20231109 November 9, 2023 Ivana Halvorsen 18215 72nd Ave S Kent, WA 98032 Subject: Notice of On-hold #2 PR23-000076 United Christian Church of Renton, LUA23-000143, ECF, PP, LLA, MOD Dear Ms. Halverson: The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on May 5, 2023. The project review was placed on hold on June 7, 2023 after staff determined more information was needed regarding the preliminary utility plan. The project review was taken off hold on September 14, 2023 after the additional information was received. During continued review of the submitted project documents, staff has determined that additional documents related to the conceptual utilities plan are needed prior to holding a public hearing. Specifically, staff requests the applicant submit an Acceptance in Principle, Memorandum of Understanding, or similar document approved by the Current Planning Project Manager, signed by the owners of the adjacent property at 2401 Puget Dr SE (APN 2023059109) where the applicant requests a utility crossing. The utility crossing includes the connection of future stormwater and sewer infrastructure in the proposed subdivision with the existing utilities in the Puget Dr SE right-of-way (ROW). In addition, staff also requests the applicant submit a conceptual utilities plan identifying at least one alternative connection for the stormwater and sewer utilizes in the event no connection to Puget Dr SE can be established across the adjacent site. At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the documents identified above. The maximum time for resubmittal shall be within 90 days of this notice, unless an extension is approved by the Current Planning Project Manager.
