Annual Maintenance Renewal for Industrial Software
Solutions
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-21-319 with
Industrial Software Solutions. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote#
20230719-34402, in the amount of $14,522.19 ($13,190.00 plus tax), for the annual
maintenance renewal of SCADA Software AVEVA Historian and AVEVA HMI SCADA.
Renewal dates are 01/01/2024 -12/31/2024.
This software is used by Public Works Water Utility and Wastewater Utility divisions.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require legal approval.
