Please see attached previous correspondence which outline the submittal requirements and process
for applying for a Modification. A couple of items of note are that:
1. Our Master Application form has changed, please see attached the current Master Application
form and use this form when submitting your application; and
2. The current fee for a Modification application is now $290 plus the $14.50 technology
surcharge fee.
Once you have prepared the application materials, you will contact me for a link to our FTP site
where you will upload your submittal items.

Pursuant to Condition 34 of the Hearing Examiner’s final decision in PR22-000065, we are preparing
to file our position statement regarding the application of the exemptions in RMC 4-6-090.D to
Home Depot’s project at 901 S. Grady Way. We have prepared our filing in the form of a
modification application.
Because our filing is not technically a modification request (an exemption should apply without
needing to request a modification to the code), we would appreciate your direction as to how you
would like us to file this modification application package.
