UNDERSTANDING OF GEOLOGIC RISK LETTER
To Whom It May Concern,
I, the Applicant and Property Owner of tax parcel numbers 722780-1935, am not aware of any geological
incident on or near the Index Avenue Townhomes project site. There has been no known damage from
any type of geological event on the site and there is no indication that there has ever been ground
movement on the property. Nevertheless, the Applicant understands and accepts any risk associated with
development of the property and will advise, in writing, any information and/or knowledge of geological
risk of the site to prospective purchasers.
