• Call to order: Called to order at 1850 HRS by President Ray Durr
• Minutes of the previous meeting: not discussed
• President’s report: n/a
• Board Resignations & Appointments: position 2 and 4 up for vote in 2024
• Treasurer’s report: 2023 budget actuals discussed and 2024 budget discussed.
• Committee reports:
o Architectural control committee: none
o Bylaws committee: none
o Landscape committee: none
o Website & newsletter committee: none
o Welcome/social committee: none
• Unfinished business: none
• New business:
o Trashcan Storage – change to ACC Section Chapter C #9, b to:
“Containers must be kept out of sight from the street when they are not placed for pickup.
Exceptions may be granted by the board, on a case by case basis.”
o Plastic plant in front yard – by laws are not to be changed
o Plant north of 27th Pl are dying because homeowner is not turning on the
sprinkler system to water the plants. Need to reach out to homeowner and
discuss a way to keep the sprinkler system on at least during spring and summer.
The homeowner controls the sprinkler system that waters the HOA’s plants.
Chris Murray will talk to the homeowner.
