Request for CAG Number: Lighting Analysts Annual Renewal
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is an agreement packet with Lighting Analysts. Lighting
Analysts is used by Transportation Engineering and CED to compute illuminance in
street plans, assist in luminaire placement and aiming, validate adherence to lighting
criteria, and create virtual 3D models of proposed designs.
While this has been an ongoing renewal, we are now submitting it to the City Clerk's
office for assignment of a CAG number for tracking purposes.
Because this renewal is paid via credit card transaction, the vendor will be listed as US
Bank OneCard in Eden.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
