Please find attached the comments that we have on the Lot Line Adjustment so far. As I had previously
mentioned, our Property Services Specialist was out on vacation last week and has not had the full 2
weeks that we typically allow for internal review. She is continuing to review the document (as her top
priority) and I will send any additional comments that she has when she has completed her review.
Hopefully the attached helps you get started on addressing some of the comments that we already
have.

This may not be a reasonable request but is there anyway we can
expedite it and get comments before the holiday? I am remember a
quote my high school math teacher had on her desk which said
something to the effect of “procrastination on you part does not
constitute an emergency on my part”. However, we are trying to close
mid December and need a few weeks to go through the recording
process with King County.
