All projects are weather permitting and unless otherwise noted, streets will always remain open. Preventative street maintenance, traffic impact projects, and road closures will be at the following locations:  Monday, December 11 through Friday, December 15, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Intermittent lane closure on NE 12th St and Jefferson Ave NE for utility installation. Questions may be directed to Brad Stocco, 425-282-2373.  Monday, December 11 through Friday, December 15, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Intermittent westbound lane closure on S Grady Way between Williams Ave S and Talbot Rd S for construction work. Questions may be directed to Tom Main, 206-999-1833.  Monday, December 11 through Friday, December 15, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Road closure on Kirkland Ave NE between NE Sunset Blvd and NE 12th St for utility installation. Detour route will be provided. FULL STREET CLOSURE on Sunset Lane NE between NE 10th Street and Harrington Place NE in support of the Solera Development Project (LUA20-000305).
