GENERAL NOTES: WATER UTILITY NOTES:
1. BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY OCCURS, A 1. ALL WORK AND MATERIALS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LATEST EDITION OF

CORRECT LOCATION AND ELEVATION SO AS TO AVOID DAMAGE OR
DISTURBANCE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL POTHOLE AS NEEDED TO CONFIRM
THE LOCATION, DEPTH, SIZE, MATERIAL, AND CONFIGURATION OF EXISTING

5. TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS NOTICE WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO STARTING
CONSTRUCTION.
6. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE ALL NECESSARY
PERMITS PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION.
7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ADEQUATE
SAFEGUARD, SAFETY DEVICES, PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, FLAGGERS, AND ANY
OTHER NEEDED ACTIONS TO PROTECT THE LIFE, HEALTH, AND SAFETY OF THE
PUBLIC, AND TO PROTECT PROPERTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE
PERFORMANCE OF WORK COVERED BY THE CONTRACT. ANY WORK WITHIN
THE TRAVELED RIGHT OF WAY THAT MAY INTERRUPT NORMAL TRAFFIC FLOW
SHALL REQUIRE A TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN APPROVE BY THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT, TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS DIVISION. THE PLAN SHALL BE
CONSISTENT WITH THE PROVISIONS FOUND IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON
MANUAL ON UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES (MUTCD) FOR STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS AND WSDOT STANDARD PLANS. ALL SECTIONS OF THE
WSDOT STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS 1-07-23 TRAFFIC CONTROL SHALL APPLY.
8. THE HOURS OF WORK IN THE STREET RIGHT OF WAY SHALL BE LIMITED TO
7:00 AM TO 6:00 PM ON WEEKDAYS SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTIONS
DETAILED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED IN
WRITING BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AT 425-430-7301. THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT, FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND 911 SHALL BE NOTIFIED
TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS IN ADVANCE OF ANY WORK IN THE RIGHT OF WAY.
9. AN APPROVED TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AT
THE PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE.
10. INSPECTION WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF
RENTON. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS IN ADVANCE OF
BACKFILLING ALL CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR, AS WELL AS THE
ENGINEERS, SHALL KEEP AS -BUILT DRAWINGS.
11. ALL STRUCTURES, LOTS, SWALES, DITCHES, CURBS, SPEED BUMPS, FENCES,
WALLS, MAILBOXES, SIGNS, POLES, GUY WIRES, PIPING, AND UTILITIES
DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION TO BE RESTORED TO EXISTING
CONDITIONS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. SUCH REPAIR SHALL BE
CONSIDERED INCIDENTAL.
12. DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SHORING AND DEWATERING SYSTEMS IS
THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR AND SHALL BE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. A DEWATERING PLAN
AND A SHORING SYSTEM PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY THE
CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
13. THE CONTRACTOR IS HEREBY ADVISED THAT CONTAMINATED SOIL AND
GROUNDWATER HAS BEEN ENCOUNTERED IN THE PROJECT AREA WHICH MUST
BE HANDLED AND DISPOSED OF IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE
REGULATIONS AND AS SPECIFIED IN THE SPECIAL PROVISIONS. A
CONTAMINATED SOIL AND WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE
SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
14. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM SETTLEMENT MONITORING ON
STRUCTURES AND UTILITIES DURING CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. SETTLEMENT MONITORING RESULTS
SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE ENGINEER IN A TIMELY FASHION AS
DESCRIBED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS.
15. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT AND SUPPORT AS SPECIFIED ANY AND ALL
UTILITIES THAT MAY BE IMPACTED BY THE WORK, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THOSE SHOW IN THE PLANS.

OF 12 -INCH AND LARGER. MAXIMUM COVER FOR ALL WATER MAINS SHALL BE 60
INCHES. ANY DEVIATIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE CITY OF RENTON PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION. WHERE UTILITY CONFLICTS OCCUR, THE PROFILE OF THE WATER MAIN
SHALL BE ADJUSTED AS NECESSARY TO CLEAR CONFLICTS AND TO PROVIDE MINIMUM
COVER. PIPE DEFLECTION SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE- HALF OF PIPE MANUFACTURER' S
SPECIFICATION FOR SIZE OF PIPE USED. ALL TRENCH BACKFILL SHALL BE COMPACTED
TO 95 PERCENT MAXIMUM DRY DENSITY AS DETERMINED BY THE MODIFIED PROCTOR
TEST METHOD ( MDD) IN ROADWAYS, ROADWAY SHOULDERS, ROADWAY PRISM AND
DRIVEWAYS, AND 85 PERCENT MDD IN UNPAVED AREAS. ALL PIPE ZONE COMPACTION
SHALL BE 95 MDD.
6. CONCRETE BLOCKING FOR WATER MAINS SHALL BE DESIGNED, INSTALLED AND
POURED IN PLACE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF RENTON STANDARD DETAILS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND SHALL BE INSTALLED AT ALL VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL BENDS,
FITTINGS AND BASE OF HYDRANTS. MEGA -LUGS ( OR SIMILAR PRODUCT) MAY BE
REQUIRED ON ALL MECHANICAL JOINTS IN ADDITION TO CONCRETE BLOCKING.
7. ALL NEW WATER MAIN PIPES AND FITTINGS SHALL HAVE A FOAM PIPE PIG RUN
THROUGH THEM PRIOR TO BEING FLUSHED, DISINFECTED, AND TESTED. CLEANING,
PRESSURE AND PURITY TESTING SHALL BE DONE IN THE PRESENCE OF AND UNDER THE
SUPERVISION OF A CITY OF RENTON UTILITY INSPECTOR. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
SUPPLY, INSTALL AND REMOVE PLUGS, CORPORATION STOPS, BLOW -OFF ASSEMBLIES,
AND THRUST RESTRAINT / BLOCKING FOR TESTING AND PURITY ACCEPTANCE. NO
CONNECTION SHALL BE MADE BETWEEN THE NEW MAIN OR BETWEEN THE NEW WET
-TAP VALVE TO AN EXISTING MAIN UNTIL THE NEW PIPING HAS BEEN FOAM -PIGGED,
DISINFECTED, FLUSHED, AND PASSED BOTH PRESSURE AND PURITY TESTING.
8. NEW WATER MAINS INCLUDING SERVICE LATERALS SHALL BE TESTED AT A STATIC
PRESSURE OF 150 PSI ABOVE WORKING PRESSURE WITH A MINIMUM OF 225 PSI TEST
PRESSURE FOR 120 MINUTES WITH A MAXIMUM OF 5 PSI PRESSURE DROP DURING THE
ENTIRE TEST PERIOD. UPON SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF THE PRESSURE TEST, THE
LINE SHALL BE DISINFECTED, FLUSHED, AND THEN WATER SAMPLES SHALL BE TAKEN
FOR PURITY TESTING BY THE PUBLIC WORKS INSPECTOR.
9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE CITY OF RENTON WATER UTILITY AND
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENTS AT LEAST 10 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO MAKING
CONNECTIONS TO THE EXISTING WATER SYSTEM. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXPOSE
THE EXISTING WATER MAIN AND FITTINGS AT THE CONNECTION POINT BEFORE
ORDERING THE NECESSARY ADAPTORS AND FITTINGS REQUIRED FOR THE FINAL
CONNECTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXCAVATE, REMOVE ALL SURFACE MATERIALS,
AND PROVIDE SHORING AND ALL MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR THE CITY OF RENTON TO
PERFORM THE CONNECTION TO THE EXISTING WATER SYSTEM. THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL BACKFILL, CONCRETE BLOCKING, AND COMPLETE
SURFACE RESTORATION.
10. TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS AND RECOMMENDED POLYPIGGING AND
DISINFECTION PLAN AS SHOWN IN THIS PLAN SET ARE SCHEMATIC AND REPRESENTS
THE MINIMUM WORK ANTICIPATED. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A FULL
TEMPORARY SERVICE AND POLYPIGGING/DISINFECTION PLAN AND PROVIDE
TEMPORARY THRUST RESTRAINT CALCULATIONS UP TO THE MAXIMUM TEST PRESSURE.
ANY VARIATION OR ADDITION TO TEMPORARY SERVICE PLAN OR POLYPIGGING AND
DISINFECTION PLAN SHALL HAVE WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE CITY OF RENTON
WATER DEPARTMENT.
11. ANTICIPATED TEMPORARY WATER SERVICES, CUT AND CAP LOCATIONS, VALVE AND
HYDRANT REMOVAL, AND PIPE ABANDONMENT/REMOVAL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE
IN THE DEMOLITION SHEETS.
12. AT UTILITY CROSSINGS MAINTAIN MINIMUM VERTICAL SEPARATION OF 18" FROM ALL
OTHER UTILITIES UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, MEASURED WALL-TO-WALL.
13. TEMPORARY 2-INCH WATER SERVICE SHALL BE POLYETHYLENE (PE) PIPE OR APPROVED
EQUAL WITH THRUST RESTRAINT AND SHALL BE INSTALLED IN TRENCH WITH 24" OF
COVER OVER PIPE. WORK TO INCLUDE ALL CONNECTIONS TO EXISTING WATER
SERVICE LINES UPSTREAM OF EXISTING WATER METERS AND ALL REQUIRED FITTINGS.
DISINFECTION AND SATISFACTORY PURITY SAMPLES SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM NEW
TEMPORARY 2-INCH WATER LINE BEFORE CONNECTION TO EXISTING WATER SERVICES.
SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE NOTES:
1. ALL STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LATEST EDITION OF THE CITY OF RENTON SURFACE
WATER DESIGN MANUAL (RENTON SWDM), RENTON MUNICIPAL CODE (RMC),
AND THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD, BRIDGE AND MUNICIPAL
CONSTRUCTION PREPARED BY WSDOT AND THE AMERICAN PUBLIC WORKS
ASSOCIATION (APWA). IT SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
APPLICANT TO CORRECT ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR VARIATION FROM THE
ABOVE REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN THE PLANS. ALL CORRECTIONS SHALL BE AT
NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE CITY.
2. APPROVAL OF THE ROAD, GRADING, PARKING, BUILDING, AND DRAINAGE PLAN
DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AS APPROVAL OF ANY OTHER CONSTRUCTION (E.G.
WATER, SEWER, GAS, ELECTRICAL, ETC.). PLANS FOR STRUCTURES SUCH AS
BRIDGES, VAULTS, AND RETAINING WALLS REQUIRE A SEPARATE REVIEW AND
APPROVAL BY THE CITY PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. THE SURFACE WATER
DRAINAGE SYSTEM SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED ACCORDING TO THE APPROVED
PLANS. ANY DEVIATION FROM THE APPROVED PLANS WILL REQUIRE
COORDINATION FOLLOWED BY WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE CITY.
3. OPEN CUTTING OF EXISTING ROADWAYS FOR STORM DRAINAGE WORK IS NOT
ALLOWED UNLESS SPECIFICALLY APPROVED BY THE CITY AND NOTED ON THESE
APPROVED PLANS. ANY OPEN CUT SHALL BE RESTORED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE CITY TRENCH RESTORATION STANDARDS.
4. ALL PIPE AND STRUCTURES SHALL BE STAKED FOR SURVEY LINE AND GRADE
PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. WHERE SHOWN ON THE PLANS OR
WHERE DIRECTED BY THE CITY, THE EXISTING MANHOLES, CATCH BASINS, OR
INLETS SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO THE GRADE AS STAKED. CONTRACTOR SHALL
LOCATE CATCH BASIN GRATES AT THE FACE OF CURB AND SHALL VERIFY
INSTALLATION LOCATIONS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
5. ALL PIPE AND APPURTENANCES SHALL BE LAID ON A PROPERLY PREPARED
FOUNDATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT STATE OF WASHINGTON
STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION. THIS SHALL
INCLUDE NECESSARY LEVELING OF THE TRENCH BOTTOM OR THE TOP OF THE
FOUNDATION MATERIAL, AS WELL AS PLACEMENT AND COMPACTION OF
REQUIRED BEDDING MATERIAL TO UNIFORM GRADE SO THAT THE ENTIRE
LENGTH OF THE PIPE WILL BE SUPPORTED ON A UNIFORMLY DENSE, UNYIELDING
BASE. ALL PIPE BEDDING AND BACKFILL SHALL BE AS SHOWN ON THE CITY
STANDARD PLAN 220.00, 220.10, AND 220.20.
6. ALL DRAINAGE STRUCTURES SUCH AS CATCH BASINS AND MANHOLES SHALL BE
FITTED WITH DUCTILE IRON, BOLT -LOCKING LIDS PER THE CITY STANDARD
PLAN 204.00, 204.10, 204..20, 204.30, AND 204.50. STRUCTURES SHALL HAVE:
- RECTANGULAR OR ROUND, SOLID LIDS WHEN NOT COLLECTING RUNOFF, AND
OUTSIDE OF THE ROADWAY.
- ROUND, SOLID LIDS WHEN NOT COLLECTING RUNOFF, AND LOCATED WITHIN
THE ROADWAY, BUT OUTSIDE OF THE CURB/GUTTER LINE.
- ROUND, SOLID LIDS DISPLAYING THE CITY LOGO WHEN WITHIN THE PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY OR IN AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY. PRIVATE STRUCTURE LIDS
OUTSIDE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENTS TO THE CITY SHALL NOT
DISPLAY THE CITY LOGO.
7. ALL STORM SYSTEM EXTENSIONS SHALL BE STAKED FOR LINE AND GRADE BY A
SURVEYOR LICENSED IN WASHINGTON STATE, AND CUT SHEETS SHALL BE
PROVIDED TO THE CITY PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
8. ALL NEWLY -INSTALLED AND NEWLY -REHABILITATED (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE)
STORM CONVEYANCE SYSTEMS SHALL BE INSPECTED BY MEANS OF REMOTE
CCTV ACCORDING TO THE CITY STANDARD PLAN 266.00. CCTV INSPECTIONS
AND REPORTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY PRIOR TO RECEIVING
APPROVAL TO INSTALL PROJECT CURBS, GUTTERS AND/OR PAVEMENT.
9. ALL STORM SYSTEMS AND CONNECTIONS TO EXISTING MAINS SHALL BE TESTED
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7-04.3(1) OF THE WSDOT STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS AND IN THE PRESENCE OF A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY.
STORM DRAIN STUBS SHALL BE TESTED FOR ACCEPTANCE AT THE SAME TIME
THE MAIN STORM IS TESTED.
10. FOR ALL DISTURBED PREVIOUS AREAS (COMPACTED, GRADED, LANDSCAPED,
ETC.) OF THE DEVELOPMENT SITE, TO MAINTAIN THE MOISTURE CAPACITY OF
THE SOIL EITHER STOCKPILE AND REDISTRIBUTE THE EXISTING DUFF LAYER
AND NATIVE TOPSOIL OR AMEND THE SOIL WITH COMPOST IN ACCORDANCE
WITH STANDARD PLAN 264.00.
11. PLACEMENT OF SURFACE APPURTENANCES (CATCH BASIN/MANHOLE LIDS,
CLEANOUTS, INLETS, ETC.) IN THE STREET TRAVEL LANE WHEEL PATH,
INTERSECTIONS OF STREET TRAVEL LANES, BIKE LANES, SIDEWALKS, AND
CROSSWALKS SHALL BE AVOIDED WHENEVER POSSIBLE. ANY SURFACE
APPURTENANCE PLACED IN A SIDEWALK OR CROSSWALK SHALL BE FITTED WITH
A NON -SLIP OR NON-SKID LID PER ADA REQUIREMENTS.
12. MINIMUM COVER OVER STORM DRAINAGE PIPE SHALL CONFORM TO TABLE
4.2.1.A2 OF THE RENTON SWDM.
13. THE LOCATION OF DIRECT CONNECTIONS OF EXISTING STORM DRAIN LATERALS
TO THE EXISTING STORM DRAIN PIPE SHOWN ARE BASED ON CCTV VIDEO AND
ARE APPROXIMATE. FOR ALL SUCH DIRECT CONNECTIONS SHOWN AND FOR ALL
SUCH DIRECT CONNECTIONS WHICH ARE NOT SHOWN BUT ENCOUNTERED
DURING CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT CITY ENGINEER TO

SANITARY SEWER NOTES:
1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE CITY OF RENTON WITH AN AS -BUILT
DRAWING OF THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, WHICH HAS BEEN STAMPED AND
SIGNED BY A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OR LICENSED PROFESSIONAL
SURVEYOR. AS -BUILT DRAWINGS SHALL INCLUDE NORTHING AND EASTING OF ALL
CLEANOUTS.
2. PIPE BEDDING SHALL BE PLACED EQUALLY ON BOTH SIDES OF THE PIPE IN LAYERS
WITH A LOOSE AVERAGE DEPTH OF 6 INCHES, MAXIMUM DEPTH OF 8 INCHES,
THOROUGHLY TAMPING EACH LAYER TO 95 PERCENT OF MAXIMUM DENSITY. THESE
COMPACTED LAYERS MUST EXTEND FOR ONE PIPE DIAMETER ON EACH SIDE OF
THE PIPE OR TO THE SIDE OF THE TRENCH. MATERIALS TO COMPLETE THE FILL
OVER PIPE SHALL BE THE SAME AS DESCRIBED.
3. ALL PIPE AND APPURTENANCES SHALL BE LAID ON A PROPERLY PREPARED
FOUNDATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF
THE CITY OF RENTON PLANNING/BUILDING/PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND THE
LATEST EDITION OF THE WSDOT/APWA STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AS
APPROVED AND MODIFIED BY THE CITY OF RENTON IN THE RENTON STANDARD
PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS. THIS SHALL INCLUDE NECESSARY LEVELING OF THE
TRENCH BOTTOM OR THE TOP OF THE FOUNDATION MATERIAL, AS WELL AS
PLACEMENT AND COMPACTION OF REQUIRED BEDDING MATERIAL, TO UNIFORM
GRADE SO THAT THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE PIPE WILL BE SUPPORTED ON A
UNIFORMLY DENSE, UNYIELDING BASE.
4. SANITARY SEWER PIPE SHALL BE POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC) RUBBER GASKETED
ASTM D3034, SDR 35, OR AWWA C900 OR C905, UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED
BY THE WASTEWATER UTILITY.
5. IN UNIMPROVED AREAS, MANHOLE TO EXTEND MINIMUM 6 INCHES AND MAXIMUM
12 INCHES ABOVE FINISHED GRADE OR MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2' DIAMETER
CONCRETE RING POURED AT GRADE. IN PAVED AREA, COVER MUST SLOPE TO
MATCH PAVING.
6. MH LADDERS AND CONES SHALL BE ORIENTED SUCH THAT THE LADDER ENDS ON
A CHANNEL BENCH AND, TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PRACTICAL, THE COVER IS
OUTSIDE THE WHEELPATH OF THE TRAVELED WAY.
7. LOCATIONS OF SIDE SEWERS SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE AND MAY NOT REFLECT
ACTUAL LOCATIONS.
8. AT UTILITY CROSSINGS MAINTAIN MINIMUM TYPICAL VERTICAL SEPARATION OF 18"
FROM WATER AND 12" FROM OTHER UTILITIES, MEASURED WALL TO WALL, UNLESS
OTHERWISE SHOWN ON THE PLANS. NOTIFY ENGINEER IF TYPICAL VERTICAL
SEPARATION CAN NOT BE MET. 6-INCH ETHAFOAM PAD MAY BE USED IF APPROVED
BY THE ENGINEER
RESTORATION NOTES:
1. CHANNELIZATION MARKERS SHALL BE REPLACED IN PLACE PER STANDARD PLAN
109 OR AS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER. MISCELLANEOUS NON-STANDARD
TRAFFIC AND PARKING LINES SHALL BE REPLACED WITH THERMOPLASTIC PAINT.
SHUR-CURB TRAFFIC MARKERS SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
2. TEMPORARY CHANNELIZATION MARKINGS SHALL BE PER WSDOT STANDARD PLAN

4. ALL LANDSCAPING IMPACTED BY THE WORK SHALL BE REPLACED IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS.
5. FOR STREETS WITH PAVEMENT OVERLAY, PROVIDE CROWNED ROADWAY SECTION
WITH PEAK IN THE CENTER OF THE STREET AND SLOPE OF 1.5% TO 2.0% OR AS
DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER.
