ORDINANCENO.6127SECTIONIII.Subsection4-2-080.A.19oftheRentonMunicipalCode,isamendedasfollows:19.Reserved.Wheredrive-in/drive-throughserviceisproposedforaneatinganddrinkingestablishment,twenty-fivepercent(25%)ofthetotalbuildingareashallbededicatedtoindoorseatingtoqualifythedrive-throughasaccessory.SECTIONIV.Subsections4-2-080.A.26through4-2-080A.27oftheRentonMunicipalCode,areamendedasfollows:26.Reserved.IntheCAZone,commissarykitchensshallonlybeallowedtooperateasanaccessoryuseexceptthatcommissarykitchensmayoperateasaprincipaluseprovidedthattheymeetthefollowingconditions:a.thebusinessisopentothepublicwithdesignatedhours,andb.merchandiseisavailableforconsumptionon-siteoroffpremises.27.Reserved.IntheCOZone,commissarykitchensmayoperateasaprincipalusewhenwestofRainierAvenueSouth/SR-167.SECTIONV.Subsection4-2-080.A.31oftheRentonMunicipalCode,isamendedasfollows:31.Reserved.Whentheproposedlocationofacommissarykitchenabutsorisadjacenttoalotzonedresidential,anAdministrativeConditionalUsePermitshallberequired.SECTIONVI.Subsection4-2-O8O.A.34oftheRentonMunicipalCode,isamendedasfollows:2
