AND APPROVAL SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM THE OWNER PROVIDE A BLOWUP LABELING THE SEPARATION OF THE PRV FROM THE EXISITNG STORM WATER MAIN ON SE 174TH STREET MINIMUM 12 INCHES OF VERTICAL CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FROM STORMWATER MAIN AT CROSSING. provide the crossing information. if the 24" diameter stormwater pipe is removed for the prv installation, it will need to be replaced in kind afterwards. provide minimum 1 feet separation from stormwater main to proposed prv. provide minimum 1 feet separation of structure from stormwater line. lable the separaation. provide minimum 12 inches vertical separation from stormwater line at crossing show locations where the silt fence will be provided. Plan information needs to be verified if this is a 12" or 24" pipe. extend curb and gutter on se 174th street till the project limit. currently people park in the gravel portion. the curb and gutter will prevent vehicles parked over the prv unit. discharge of chlorinate water to storm system is an illicit discharge unless the water has been dechlorinated per the NPDES Municipal Stormwater Permit.
