Below is a summary of the changes to the revised plans and reports per your comments on 10/12/2018.
Add reference the 2 horizontal and 1 vertical city Renton control monuments used.
Provide City of Renton permit number C 18005570 on the drawings shown in title block
Input the W- numbers on the COR title block as your example- done
Updated notes and details based on current Surface Water of City of Renton:

There is no new STD.PLAN -216.20 Filter Fabric Protection detail on current Surface Water of City of Renton. Include a copy of figure of Filter Fabric Protection detail.
