Annual License Renewal for MS2 TOMS
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is Amendment No. 6 to CAG-22-017 with Midwestern Software
Solutions (MS2). This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice# 14027M-20, in the
amount of $1,156.05, for the annual renewal of licensing for Traffic Data Management
System (TDMS). Renewal dates are 02/29/24 -02/28/25.
The Public Work Transportation division uses this software to manage their Turning
Movement Count (TMC) data.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
