Due to the location of the site within a critical area as shown on the City's Coal Mine Hazard map, moderate and high coal mine hazards appear to be present. A coal mine assessment/geotechnical report (RMC 4-3-050.J.8) is required. Additionally, the site's location in a critical area requires environmental review. The project has been placed "on-hold" to stop the process until such materials are submitted. An additional land use application fee will also be required for the Environmental Review.
