To avoid thrust block located under street light location,
the light and adjacent hand hole will be swapped. This
leaves roughly 4' of separation between light
foundation and thrust block.
Due to existing utilities, light foundation
at this location was revised to a 30"
round as opposed to 36" as shown in
standard detail 117.1A.
