Soil Type and Drainage
Conditions: Existing loose to medium, silty fine to coarse sand with
gravel, scattered organics, and concrete at a depth of 1 to
5 feet below existing grade. Loose to medium dense,
moist, fine to coarse sand, with gravel are encountered at
a depth of 5.5 to 10 feet. Seepage of groundwater at a
depth of 10 to 11.5 feet below existing grade. Per
Geotechnical report by Associated Earth Sciences, Inc.,
dated December 16, 2013.
Existing on-site drainage system conveys stormwater via
conveyance piping, and ultimately discharges stormwater
to a detention pond located west of site (parcel
#9374000530). The Detention Pond has accounted for
the development of the site. Per Section 5 of Technical
Information Report by ESM Consulting Engineers, LLC,
dated December 1, 2014.

including asphalt paving, concrete walk, and parking lot
islands.

is sloped at about 2-5% throughout.

accommodate the proposed site development. Topsoil
and fill material to be excavated for construction of new
building foundation. Imported fill material will be clean
granular material for pavement subbase.
