Improve the livability of neighborhoods;2. Preserve unique identity and create community character;3. Prioritize the provision of City services and investment in infrastructure;4. COMMUNICATIONSExternal Communication:•Individuals represent themselves, not the BoardInternal Communication:•If majority (quorum) present then no discussion of Board matters;•Rolling Quorum: Discussions of public business among a majority of board members, regardless if they are physically present at the same place and time.
