Believe a email with authorization and date is all he would need Thanks Doug ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Andrew Van Gordon <AVanGordon@rentonwa.gov> Date: Thu, Jan 18, 2024 at 1:33 PM Subject: RE: About Nielsen BLA To: Douglas Nielsen <douglasnielsen942@gmail.com> Hello Douglas, We’ve had a chance to look at the submitted documents and there are two items. The first is the easement owners comment from King County. CAUTION: This email originated from outside the City of Renton. Do not click links, reply or open attachments unless you know the content is safe. 2 1. The first option is to strike “future” and write a “2” in the blank for “Additional names on page __ of document.” This way we don’t have to add the plat name, volume and page as they are on page 2. 2. The second option is to strike everything and write “The Owners of Lot 2, Crescent View Addition, Vol. 97 of Plats, Pg. 49.” I’ve attached a scan of the impacted area of the easement document. If you wish we can strike and revise on this document. The second item is a suggestion to add the date the surveyor signed the certificate. I’ve included a scan of this as well. This suggestion is out of an abundance of caution to try to avoid King County rejecting the recording of the LLA again. We can revise and add the date but we need specific permission from the surveyor to do so. They can message me directly with permission and the date. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Thank you.
