For your information,at the time of the project was approved,the developer/owner dedicated 35 feet of property on
NE 12th Street to the City of Renton.
Either the Dedication deed was failed to be recorded or never was sent to the City.
Attached Sheet C21 shows Section A-A: NE 12th Street"Dedication."
Attached Sheet C13 shows the PVC along NE 12th Street as"Public."
I will send you a template of dedication right-of-way.The dedication right-of-way deed will include all parties, interest in
the property.
Can you reply to this email with the information of all parties, retain an interest in the property please?

easement/dedication/ownership change of NE 12th Street south of the Honey Creek Apts.
Multitech Properties, Inc. requested a public record request and the City Clerk's office is sending the plans out.

Attached is the existing parcel diagram for the property. It shows the street, NE 12th St,south of the Honey:Creek
Apartments,that the City would like to get with an easement,which will allow the City to make improvements to the
existing curb:ramps to ADA;compliance and any potential sidewalk/curb improvements, and/or:street maintenance:
We are wrapping up the project design and should have the 100%design in the next few weeks.The City its hoping to
include the improvements to Duvall Ave NE/NE 12th St, south of Honey Creek Apartments, as part of this project so that
" the existing curb and ramps can be brought to standards.
