Dear Mr. Kovach,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on August 11, 2022.
During review of the submitted project documents, staff determined that additional information was needed in
order to proceed further with the review. The project was placed on-hold on September 8th, 2022, and has
remained on-hold since that date. Staff has received your updated documents and will proceed with review of the
project. The Environmental Review Committee (ERC) meeting has been tentatively scheduled for Monday, March
4, 2024. The Hearing Examiner Public Hearing (virtual) has been tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, March 26th,
2023 at 11:00am.
