I took some pictures of the property. I encourage the city to visit the property and look at the contours, vegetation, and how water moves and collects. The property is not a "ready
to build" site with the whole property above both the road and sidewalk level with the entire property elevated and for major portions of the property several feet high (about 6-7 feet).
