Upon a presentation and recommendation by staff, the Committee requested staff to provide additional information. Therefore, the applicant shall submit an updated traffic impact analysis (TIA) that addresses the following: - As an alternative to the proposed c-curbing between the two lanes on N 3rd St in front of the project site, evaluate the potential to restrict left turns onto N 3rd St from vehicles travelling south on Logan Ave N while enabling a free right turn onto N 3rd St for vehicles travelling north on Logan Ave N by modifying the signal sequence. The intent of the alternative is to allow those vehicles turning right onto N 3rd St to safely change lanes and enter the N 3rd entrance without needing to circumnavigate the block. o Include queuing analysis for the average and 95% at the Logan Ave N/N 3rd St intersection with the above signal modification in the following scenarios: 1) During a Boeing daytime shift change; 2) During PM peak hours; 3) During AM peak hours. - Update analysis horizon year for project to 2026 due to construction starting later than anticipated. The applicant shall also update the civil plans to include frontage improvements along N 3rd St and Burnett Ave N in front of proposed surface parking lot. At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the updated project documents identified above and in the attached memo. The maximum time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice, unless an extension is approved by the Current Planning Project Manager.
