SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE: The City of Renton has a parking garage under construction on the South side of South 2nd Street Street between Logan Avenue and Burnett Avenue South. The original design called for placing the new controller at the back of existing sidewalk and reconnecting the electrical at the same location. Due to the changed site plan and wider sidewalks, the new controller cabinet will require additional wiring and conduit in order to move the additional 15' -20'. The on site contractor will coordinate as to exact location to fit. The removal and replacement of sidewalk in this area will be done by others. This Change Order will be funded by the Parking Garage, Community Services Account No. 301. 000000.020.5940.0073.62.000004. Add the new bid item to the schedule of prices Item No. Approx I Quantity Units Description Unit Price Amount B1 1 LS S. 2nd and Logan, extend wiring $ 71642.00 $ 7,642.00 and Cabinet Subtotal $ 7,642.00 This item is to include any and all costs incurred for additional work approved. No additional payment will be made for this work. The attached details and drawings shall be a part of this Change Order. All work, materials and measurement to be in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Specifications and Special Provisions for the type of construction involved.
