SURFACE WATER STANDARD PLAN NOTES.•
I. MESE NOTES SHALL APPEAR ON PROJECTS FOR THE SURFACE WATER UTILITY.
2 BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY OCCURS, A PRE-CONSTRUCDON MEETING MUST BE HELD BETWEEN
THE CITY OF RENTON PLAN RENEW SECTION AND THE APPLICANT
d ALL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RENTON MUNICIPAL CODE (RMC). THE LATEST
EDITION OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD, BRIDGE AND MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION PREPARED BY WSDOT AND
RIE AMERICAN PUBLIC WORKS ASSOCIATION LAPIN), AS AMENDED BY THE CITY OF RENTON PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
IT SHALL BE ME SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF ME APPLICANT AND M£ PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEER TO CORRECT ANY

SUPPORTED ON A UNIFORMLY DENSE, UNYIELDING BASE. ALL PIPE BEDDING SHALL BE APWA CLASS 'C1 WTH THE
EXCEPTION OF PVC PIPE

26. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BROODING ADEQUATE SAFEGUARD, SAFETY DEVICES, PROTECTIVE
EQUIPMENT, FLAGGERS AND ANY OTHER NEEDED ACTIONS TO PROTECT ME LIFE HEALTH, AND SAFETY OF ME PUBLIC.
