An Environmental Determination has not been made yet, but it is expected that mitigation measures will be included to address cultural resources which would include an archeological survey and Inadvertent Discoveries Plan. Native vegetation installation can be addressed through the site plan review land use permit with the City’s existing regulations. It is expected that Staff will recommend a condition of approval that native vegetation be used to the greatest extent possible. Thank you.
