I would like to see all of the stairs, patio etc. removed from 13701 address. I was appalled to see this installed and assumed others would think they can do as they wish along the creek bed area. Please have the owners remove it. They don't own the creek! They also built their home too close to the creek and cut down too many trees on those 2 lots. That will also impact the creek.
