The unpermitted improvements, such as the stairs and patio, will be required by the City to be removed with the area being restored to a pre-improvement state. Email ayes6145@gmail.com Phone 4253061373 Party of Record Only Comments Having lived along May Creek for 44 years, I have seen floods and log jams detrimental to the area. I would like to see all of the stairs, patio etc. removed from 13701 address. I was appalled to see this installed and assumed others would think they can do as they wish along the creek bed area. Please have the owners remove it. They don't own the creek! They also built their home too close to the creek and cut down too many trees on those 2 lots. That will also impact the creek.
