Dear Ms. Sarlitto:
I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected to be the City of Renton’s consultant
for the Longacres Master Plan EIS, City file number PRE23-000236. The City was impressed with your
expertise in successful completion of numerous Environme ntal Impact Statements as well as an
understanding of large scale mixed-use development projects. EA will be asked to work with the City and
the project applicant to complete the EIS scoping, the Draft EIS, and Final EIS.
We will need the following information from you before we can draft a contact to finalize our offer:
1. Scope of work, timeline and budget for the contract;
2. Designated Project Manager name, email address, company address, phone number;
3. Signatory name, email address, company address, phone number; and
4. Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI).
