Highway project on Coal Creek Parkway resulted in a small conversion (2,058 Sq. Ft.)of
grant-protected parkland.This was replaced by 2,548 sq. ft. of property adjacent to the park.
The legal description of the property converted (and released from grant obligations) is
described in King County recoding 20090915000043. The replacement property is
described in the deed of right recorded as 20090602000114.
Agreement Terms
In all other respects the Agreement, to which this is an Amendment, and attachments thereto, shall
remain in full force and effect. In witness whereof the parties hereto have executed this Amendment.
