HEREON TO REPAIR ANY DEFICENCIES OF THE DRAINAGE FACILITY IN THE EVENT THE OWNERS ARE NEGLIGENT

4. AN EASEMENT IS HEREBY GRANTED TO THE CITY OF RENTON FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES OVER
TRACTS "A", PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY, AND "C" AS DEPICTED HEREIN. THE CITY OF RENTON SHALL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES CONTAINED WITHIN SAID EASEMENTS.
5. AN EASEMENT IS HEREBY GRANTED TO THE CITY OF RENTON FOR WATER PURPOSES OVER TRACTS "A",
