Renton Heritage (The Lofts at Second and Main) lot Line Combination, LUA16-
000730, LC
Dear Mr. Platt:
The City of Renton has finished reviewing your proposed lot line combination and is now ready
to send the approved final version for recording. Please submit five sets of original signed lot
combination documents.
Please verify that the plan sets have been signed by all owners of record and have been
notarized with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County
will promptly record the lot line combination.
This decision to approve the proposed lot line combination is subject to a fourteen (14) day
appeal period from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be
filed with the City of Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, November 4, 2016. Appeals must be
filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of Renton, 1055
South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by RMC 4·8-110
and information on the appeal process may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office, (425) 430-
6510.

The following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your proposal:
1. The project file number is LUAlG-000730.
2. The parcel numbers for all four parcels will need to be listed in full on Sheet 1. The
Property Tax Parcel Numbers are as follows: 7231501245, 7231501240,
7231501235, and 7231501230.
3. The parcel numbers and address must be located in the designated box. The
parcel number touches the line and the address crosses the box.
4. The site address is 207 Main Avenue South.
5. Section, Township and Range can be filled out: Section !L Township n., Range 2·
6. Page numbers listed on page 1 do not match the attached documents.
7. Label each page with page numbers: Page 1 of 5, Page 2 of 5, etc.
8. The typed text is too small and must be enlarged slightly for legibility.
9. All sheets must have 1" border fully around the document. The black lines created
from copying the legals and exhibits (OTAK Sheets 1-3) is not acceptable or
recordable. Also the Exhibit A and Exhibit B added to the bottom of the sheets is
located within that border and must be removed.
Once the changes have been made, please submit three copies of the revised lot
combination to me at the sixth floor counter of City Hall. The revised plans will be routed
for final review and you will be notified when it is appropriate to submit the final signed
