THE FOLLOWING IS A LISTING OF GENERAL NOTES THAT SHALL HE INCORPORATED IN THE ENGO 3ION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL (ESC) PLAN SET. ALL THE NOTES ON THE
LIST MAY NOT PERTAIN TO EVERY PROJECT. THE APPLICANT OR OWNER, HEAEAY REFERRED TO AS APPLICANT, MAY STRIKE OUT IRRELEVANT NOTES IF NOT
APPLICABLE TO THE PROJECT. HOWEVER, THE APPLICANT SHALL NOT RENUMBER NOR EDIT THE REMAINING NOTES. IF ADDITIONAL NOTES ARE NEEDED FOR SPECIFIC
