1. DEMOLITION NOTES ARE FOR CLARIFICATION ONLY AND ARE SHOWN FOR THE CONTRACTOR'S BENEFIT.
THESE NOTES ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE COMPREHENSIVE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE OR
RELOCATE ALL EXISTING ON -SITE IMPROVEMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCOMMODATE THE PROPOSED
CONSTRUCTION.
2. THE DESIGN SHOWN IS BASED UPON THE ENGINEER'S UNDERSTANDING OF THE EXISTING CONDITIONS.
THE PLAN DOES NOT REPRESENT A DETAILED FIELD SURVEY. THE EXISTING CONDITIONS SHOWN ON
THIS PLAN SHEET ARE BASED UPON ALTA/NSPS LAND TITLE SURVEY FOR TOPGOLF - RENTON
LANDING, DATED 11/21/19 AND CAD DESIGN FILES FROM THE COMPLETED TOPGOLF PROJECT. THE
CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING FIELD CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING THE PROPOSED
SITEWORK IMPROVEMENTS. IF CONFLICTS ARE DISCOVERED, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE
OWNER PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF ANY PORTION OF THE SITEWORK WHICH WOULD BE AFFECTED. IF
CONTRACTOR DOES NOT ACCEPT EXISTING SURVEY, INCLUDING TOPOGRAPHY AS SHOWN ON THE PLANS,
WITHOUT EXCEPTION, HE SHALL HAVE MADE, AT HIS OWN EXPENSE, A TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY BY A
REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR AND SUBMIT IT TO THE OWNER FOR REVIEW.
3. CAUTION - NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR
THE CONTRACTOR IS SPECIFICALLY CAUTIONED THAT THE LOCATION AND/OR ELEVATION OF EXISTING
UTILITIES AS SHOWN ON THESE PLANS IS BASED ON RECORDS OF THE VARIOUS UTILITY COMPANIES
AND, WHERE POSSIBLE, MEASUREMENTS TAKEN IN THE FIELD. THE INFORMATION IS NOT TO BE RELIED
ON AS BEING EXACT OR COMPLETE. THE CONTRACTOR MUST CALL THE APPROPRIATE UTILITY COMPANY
AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE ANY EXCAVATION TO REQUEST EXACT FIELD LOCATION OF UTILITIES. IT
SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO RELOCATE ALL EXISTING UTILITIES WHICH
CONFLICT WITH THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS SHOWN ON THESE PLANS.
4. CONTRACTOR IS TO REMOVE ALL EXISTING SURFACE IMPROVEMENTS AND DEBRIS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF
WORK UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL DEBRIS FOUND ON SITE SHALL BE DISPOSED OF IN ACCORDANCE
WITH APPLICABLE STATE CODES. ALL COST SHALL BE INCLUDED IN BASE BID.
5. CONTRACTOR TO PROTECT EXISTING FEATURES WHICH ARE TO REMAIN.
6. CONTRACTOR SHALL ADJUST ALL EXISTING MANHOLE RIMS, DRAINAGE STRUCTURES, VALVE BOXES,
VAULT LIDS AND UTILITY ACCESS STRUCTURES WHICH ARE TO REMAIN TO FINISH GRADE WITHIN AREAS
AFFECTED BY PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION.
SEQUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION (NAVIX)
1. HOLD A PRE -CONSTRUCTION MEETING WITH THE CITY OF RENTON AND OBTAIN REMAINING REQUIRED
PERMITS.
2. POST SIGN WITH NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OF CSWPP/ESC SUPERVISOR (MAY BE CONSOLIDATED WITH
THE REQUIRED NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION SIGN.) CSWPPP SHALL BE KEPT ON SITE AT ALL TIMES.
3. ESTABLISH/FLAG LIMITS OF CLEARING AND GRADING.
4. INSTALL INLET PROTECTION ON ALL EXISTING STORM DRAINAGE STRUCTURES TO REMAIN.
5. INSTALL TEMPORARY SILT FENCING.
6. INSTALL STABILIZED CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES, WHEEL WASH AREAS, AND HAUL ROADS.
7. HAVE T.E.S.C. MEASURES INSPECTED BY THE CITY PRIOR TO ANY ADDITIONAL SITE DISTURBANCE.
8. MAINTAIN EROSION CONTROL MEASURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPENDIX D OF THE CITY OF RENTON
SURFACE WATER DESIGN MANUAL AND MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDATIONS.
9. CLEAR, GRUB, AND ROUGH GRADE SITE.
10. COVER ALL AREAS THAT WILL BE UNWORKED FOR MORE THAN SEVEN DAYS DURING THE DRY SEASON
(MAY 1 TO SEPT 30) OR TWO DAYS DURING THE WET SEASON (OCT 1 TO APR 30) WITH STRAW, WOOD
FIBER MULCH, COMPOST, PLASTIC SHEETING, OR EQUIVALENT.
11. STABILIZE ALL AREAS WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF REACHING FINAL GRADE.
12. SEED. SOD, STABILIZE, OR COVER ANY AREAS TO REMAIN UNWORKED FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS.
13. INSTALL PERMANENT STORM DRAINAGE SYSTEM NEEDED TO CONNECT TO CITY SYSTEM.
14. INSTALL INLET PROTECTION ON ALL NEW STORM DRAINAGE STRUCTURES.
15. START CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING PAD AND STRUCTURES.
16. INSTALL CURBING, UTILITIES, AND OTHER SITE IMPROVEMENTS AND CONSTRUCT RIGHT-OF-WAY
IMPROVEMENTS.
17. FINISH GRADING SITE FOR PAVING ACTIVITIES.
18. PAVE SITE.
19. COMPLETE SITE GRADING AND INSTALL PERMANENT SEEDING AND PLANTING. ESTABLISH LANDSCAPING
AND PERMANENT VEGETATION.
20. REMOVAL ALL T.E.S.C. MEASURES ONLY AFTER THE SITE IS DEEMED COMPLETELY STABILIZED BY THE
INSPECTOR.
SOIL AMENDMENT NOTE
ALL AREAS SUBJECT TO CLEARING AND GRADING THAT HAVE NOT BEEN COVERED BY IMPERVIOUS SURFACE,
INCORPORATED INTO A DRAINAGE FACILITY OR ENGINEERED AS STRUCTURAL FILL OR SLOPE SHALL, AT
PROJECT COMPLETION, DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:
1. A TOPSOIL LAYER WITH A MINIMUM ORGANIC MATTER CONTENT OF 10% DRY WEIGHT IN BEDS, AND 5%
ORGANIC MATTER CONTENT IN TURF AREAS, AND A PH FROM 6.0 TO 8.0 OR MATCHING THE PH OF
THE UNDISTURBED SOIL. THE TOPSOIL LAYER SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM DEPTH OF EIGHT INCHES
EXCEPT WHERE TREE ROOTS LIMIT THE DEPTH OF INCORPORATION OF AMENDMENTS NEEDED TO MEET
THE CRITERIA. SUBSOILS BELOW THE TOPSOIL LAYER SHOULD BE SCARIFIED AT LEAST 4 INCHES WITH
SOME INCORPORATION OF THE UPPER MATERIAL TO AVOID STRATIFIED LAYERS, WHERE FEASIBLE.
2. MULCH PLANTING BEDS WITH 2 INCHES OF ORGANIC MATERIAL
3. USE COMPOST AND OTHER MATERIALS THAT MEET THESE ORGANIC CONTENT REQUIREMENTS:
a. THE ORGANIC CONTENT FOR 'PRE -APPROVED" AMENDMENT RATES CAN BE MET ONLY USING
COMPOST MEETING THE COMPOST SPECIFICATION FOR BIORETENTION (REFER TO SECTION C.2.6)
WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT THE COMPOST MAY HAVE UP TO 35% BIOSOLIDS OR MANURE. THE
COMPOST MUST ALSO HAVE AN ORGANIC MATTER CONTENT OF 40% TO 65%, AND A CARBON TO
NITROGEN RATIO BELOW 25:1. THE CARBON TO NITROGEN RATIO MAY BE AS HIGH AS 35:1 FOR
PLANTINGS COMPOSED ENTIRELY OF PLANTS NATIVE TO THE PUGET SOUND LOWLANDS REGION.
b. CALCULATED AMENDMENT RATES MAY BE MET THROUGH USE OF COMPOSTED MATERIAL MEETING
"A)" ABOVE; OR OTHER ORGANIC MATERIALS AMENDED TO MEET THE CARBON TO NITROGEN
RATIO REQUIREMENTS, AND NOT EXCEEDING THE LIMITS IDENTIFIED IN TABLE 220-B, TESTING
PARAMETERS, IN WAC 173-350-220.
4. THE RESULTING SOIL SHOULD BE CONDUCIVE TO THE TYPE OF VEGETATION TO BE ESTABLISHED.
GENERAL EROSION CONTROL NOTES (NAVIX)
1. ALL WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS SHALL CONFORM TO THE MOST CURRENT APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE,
AND FEDERAL STANDARDS.
2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE AT ALL TIMES FOR PREVENTING SILT -LADEN RUNOFF FROM
DISCHARGING FROM THE PROJECT SITE. FAILURE BY THE CONTRACTOR CAN RESULT IN A FINE. THE
DESIGNATED TEMPORARY CONTACT PERSON NOTED ON THIS PLAN MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR CONTACT
BY TELEPHONE ON A 24 HOUR BASIS THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION AND UNTIL THE PROJECT HAS BEEN
COMPLETED AND APPROVED BY THE GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY WITH JURISDICTION.
3. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THESE ESC PLANS AND THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT AND
UPGRADING OF THESE ESC FACILITIES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR FROM THE
BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION UNTIL ALL CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED AND APPROVED BY THE
GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY WITH JURISDICTION AND THE SITE IS STABILIZED.
4. THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CLEARING LIMITS SHOWN ON THIS PLAN SHALL BE CLEARLY FLAGGED AND
INSPECTED BY THE LOCAL JURISDICTION PRIOR TO ANY CLEARING OR CONSTRUCTION TAKING PLACE.
DURING CONSTRUCTION, NO DISTURBANCE BEYOND THE FLAGGED CLEARING LIMITS SHALL BE PERMITTED.
THE FLAGGING SHALL BE MAINTAINED BY THE OWNER AND/OR CONTRACTOR UNTIL ALL CONSTRUCTION
IS APPROVED.
5. THE EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL FACILITIES SHOWN ON THIS PLAN ARE TO BE CONSIDERED
ADEQUATE BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ANTICIPATED SITE CONDITIONS. DURING CONSTRUCTION,
DEVIATIONS FROM THIS PLAN MAY BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN WATER QUALITY.
6. ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE INSPECTED BY THE CONTRACTOR ON
A FREQUENT BASIS AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH RAINFALL, AND MAINTAINED AS NECESSARY TO
INSURE THEIR CONTINUED FUNCTIONING. ALL SEDIMENT MUST BE REMOVED FROM SILT FENCES, STRAW
BALES, SEDIMENT PONDS, ETC. PRIOR TO THE SEDIMENT REACHING 1 /2 ITS MAXIMUM POTENTIAL DEPTH.
7. AT NO TIME SHALL CONCRETE, CONCRETE BYPRODUCTS, VEHICLE FLUIDS, PAINT, CHEMICALS, OR OTHER
POLLUTING MATTER BE PERMITTED TO DISCHARGE TO THE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DRAINAGE
SYSTEM, OR TO DISCHARGE FROM THE PROJECT SITE.
8. THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING THE WORK SHALL MAINTAIN A SET OF THE APPROVED CONSTRUCTION
DRAWINGS ON SITE AT ALL TIMES WHILE CONSTRUCTION IS IN PROGRESS.
9. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING THE WORK TO OBTAIN ALL
NECESSARY PERMITS FROM THE LOCAL JURISDICTION PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY WORK WITHIN THE
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
10. THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMING THE WORK SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ADEQUATE TRAFFIC
CONTROL AT ALL TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION ALONGSIDE OR WITHIN ALL PUBLIC ROADWAYS.
11. THIS APPROVED "TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL PLAN" MUST BE IMPLEMENTED
PRIOR TO ANY SITE WORK. SEE THE PLANS AND DETAILS FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
12. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE OWNER AND THE ENGINEER IN THE EVENT OR DISCOVERY OF POOR
SOILS, GROUNDWATER OR DISCREPANCIES IN THE EXISTING CONDITIONS AS NOTED ON THE PLANS.
13. MAXIMUM SLOPES SHALL BE 3:1 HORIZ: VERT FOR FILL SLOPES, AND 3:1 HORIZ: VERT FOR CUT SLOPES,
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY. 2:1 IS THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED SLOPE FOR WORK WITHIN THE
RIGHT-OF-WAY.
14. ALL AREAS DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION WHERE PERMANENT LANDSCAPING WILL NOT BE PROVIDED
WITHIN 60 DAYS SHALL BE HYDROSEEDED, OR OTHERWISE STABILIZED, AS REQUIRED. STRAW MULCHING
OR PLASTIC SHEETING ARE ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATIVES TO TEMPORARY HYDROSEEDING DURING PERIODS
OF LOW GROWTH.
15. CUT AND FILL SLOPES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN A MANNER THAT WILL MINIMIZE EROSION. ROUGHENED
SOIL SURFACES ARE PREFERRED TO SMOOTH SURFACES. INTERCEPTORS SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED AT
THE TOP OF LONG, STEEP SLOPES WHICH HAVE SIGNIFICANT AREAS ABOVE THAT CONTRIBUTE RUNOFF.
CONCENTRATED RUNOFF SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO FLOW DOWN THE FACE OF A CUT OR FILL SLOPE
UNLESS CONTAINED WITHIN AN ADEQUATE CHANNEL OR PIPE SLOPE DRAIN. WHEREVER A SLOPE FACE
CROSSES A WATER SEEPAGE PLANE, ADEQUATE DRAINAGE OR OTHER PROTECTION SHOULD BE
PROVIDED. IN ADDITION, SLOPES SHOULD BE STABILIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITEM (17) ABOVE.
16. ALL STORM DRAIN INLETS MADE OPERABLE DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE PROTECTED SO THAT
STORMWATER RUNOFF SHALL NOT ENTER THE CONVEYANCE SYSTEM WITHOUT FIRST BEING FILTERED OR
OTHERWISE TREATED TO REMOVE SEDIMENT.
17. REFER TO PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS FOR STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP)
NARRATIVE.
18. PH SAMPLING MAY BE REQUIRED IF PROJECT INCLUDES MORE THAN 40 CUBIC YARDS OF POURED OR
RECYCLED CONCRETE.
19. IF SAMPLING REVEALS HIGH PH LEVELS, CONTRACTOR SHALL IMPLEMENT BMP C252 TO NEUTRALIZE THE
PH LEVELS.
SITE NOTES (NAVIX)
1. ALL WORK AND MATERIALS SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL CITY/COUNTY REGULATIONS AND CODES AND O.S.H.A.
STANDARDS.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL REFER TO ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR EXACT LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS OF EXIT
PORCHES, SIDEWALKS, RAMPS & TRUCK DOCKS, PRECISE BUILDING DIMENSIONS AND EXACT BUILDING UTILITY
ENTRANCE LOCATIONS.
3. DIMENSIONS SHOWN REFER TO FACE OF CURB, EDGE OF PAVEMENT, FACE OF BUILDING OR TO THE CENTERLINE
OF PAVEMENT STRIPING, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
4. ALL PAVED PARKING LOT AREAS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE STANDARD OR LIGHT DUTY
PAVEMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

8. PARKING LOT STRIPING SHALL BE WHITE, 4" WIDE, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
9. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RELOCATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL UTILITIES,
STORM DRAINAGE, SIGNS, ETC. AS REQUIRED. ALL WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNING
AUTHORITIES SPECIFICATIONS AND SHALL BE APPROVED BY SUCH. ALL COST SHALL BE INCLUDED IN BASE BID.
GRADING NOTES (NAVIX)
1. THE SPOT ELEVATIONS INDICATED ON THIS PLAN REPRESENT THE DESIGN TOP OF PAVEMENT, UNLESS
OTHERWISE NOTED.
2. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES INCLUDING REMOVAL OF ANY
EXISTING UTILITIES SERVING THE STRUCTURE. UTILITIES ARE TO BE REMOVED TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
3. CONTRACTOR SHALL APPLY STABILIZATION FABRIC TO ALL SLOPES 3H:1V OR STEEPER. CONTRACTOR
SHALL STABILIZE DISTURBED AREAS WITH GRASS IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL SPECIFICATION UNTIL A
HEALTHY STAND OF GRASS IS OBTAINED.
4. ALL CUT AND FILL SLOPES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED PER THE UBC CODE AND APPLICABLE LOCAL
REGULATION. ALL CUT AND FILL SLOPES SHALL BE 3:1 OR FLATTER UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
5. CONTRACTOR SHALL ASSURE POSITIVE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM BUILDINGS FOR ALL NATURAL AND
PAVED AREAS AND SHALL GRADE ALL AREAS TO PRECLUDE PONDING OF WATER.
6. ALL POLLUTANTS OTHER THAN SEDIMENT ON -SITE DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE HANDLED AND
DISPOSED OF IN A MANNER THAT DOES NOT CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF STORMWATER. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL ADHERE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS OUTLINED IN THE GENERAL
N.P.D.E.S. PERMIT FOR STORMWATER DISCHARGE ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
7. PROPERTIES AND WATERWAYS DOWNSTREAM OF THE SITE SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM EROSION DUE
TO INCREASES IN THE VOLUME, VELOCITY AND PEAK FLOW RATE OF STORMWATER RUNOFF FROM
PROJECT SITE.
8. CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE GOVERNING CODES AND BE CONSTRUCTED TO
SAME.
9. CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE UNSUITABLE SOILS LOCATED WITHIN THE BUILDINGS SPLAY LINE OF THE
FOOTINGS.
10. FOR BOUNDARY AND TOPOGRAPHIC INFORMATION REFER TO PROJECT SURVEY.
11. FOR LAYOUT INFORMATION REFER TO THE HORIZONTAL CONTROL PLAN.
WATER NOTES (NAVIX)
1. ALL CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF WATER MAINS SHALL BE DONE IN A SAFE, NEAT AND
WORKMANLIKE MANNER, AND UNDER SUPERVISION BY UTILITY PROVIDER AT ALL TIMES. ALL SAFETY
REQUIREMENTS FROM OSHA AND OTHER STATE REGULATING AGENCIES MUST BE MET.
2. WATER MAIN PIPE MATERIAL SHALL BE CLASS 52 DUCTILE IRON MEETING LOCAL REQUIREMENTS.
POLYETHYLENE WRAP IS REQUIRED ON ALL METALS.
3. AN 18-INCH MINIMUM SEPARATION IS REQUIRED ON SERVICE TAPS ON A MAIN LINE.
4. CLASS 52 DUCTILE IRON MAY BE DIRECT TAPPED FOR 3/4 INCH AND 1-INCH SIZE SERVICES.
SADDLES SHALL BE USED ON ALL TAPS 1-1/4" - 2" DIAMETER IN ANY PUBLIC MAIN OR AS
REQUIRED PER CITY STANDARD DETAILS.
5. ALL ELBOWS/BENDS ON WATER MAINS SHALL HAVE THRUST BLOCKS.
6. A DEPTH OF 36" FROM FINISHED GRADE TO THE TOP OF THE WATER MAIN IS REQUIRED FOR PIPES
10" IN DIAMETER AND LESS. 6. A DEPTH OF 48" FROM FINISHED GRADE TO THE TOP OF THE WATER
MAIN IS REQUIRED FOR PIPES 12" IN DIAMETER AND GREATER. MAXIMUM COVER FOR ALL WATER
LINES SHALL BE 60".
7. ALL NEW PIPES MUST BE PROPERLY FLUSHED, PRESSURE TESTED, AND CHLORINATED BY THE
CONTRACTOR, AND INSPECTED BY UTILITY PROVIDER AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES WITH
JURISDICTION.

ALL STORM STRUCTURES SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH UNIFORM POURED MORTAR INVERT FROM INVERT IN TO
INVERT OUT, UNLESS OTHERWISE SHOWN IN THE CATCH BASIN DETAIL.
CONTRACTOR SHALL CONNECT ROOF DRAIN LEADERS TO PROPOSED STORM DRAINS AS SHOWN.
SANITARY SEWER NOTES
1. ALL CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER MAINS SHALL BE DONE IN A SAFE, NEAT
AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER, AND UNDER SUPERVISION OF CITY AT ALL TIMES. ALL SAFETY
REQUIREMENTS FROM OSHA AND OTHER STATE REGULATORY AGENCIES MUST BE MET.
2. THE MINIMUM SIZE FOR PUBLIC SEWER MAINS SHALL BE 8" DIAMETER. ALL SANITARY SEWER
PIPING SHALL BE SCHEDULE D3034 PVC OR EQUAL. MINIMUM PIPE DIAMETER FOR PRIVATE
LATERALS IS 6" AND OF SCHEDULE D3034 PVC OR EQUAL. ALL SANITARY SEWER LATERALS
MUST BE PROPERLY MARKED AT ENDS.
3. CONNECTIONS INTO THE EXISTING SANITARY SEWER MAINS REQUIRE ISSUANCE OF PUBLIC WORKS
PERMIT AND INSPECTION BY THE LOCAL JURISDICTION PRIOR TO BACKFILLING.
4. ALL NEW SANITARY SEWER PIPES AND MANHOLES MUST BE THOROUGHLY CLEANED, INSPECTED
AND PRESSURE/VACUUM TESTED AS REQUIRED BY UTILITY PROVIDER AND GOVERNMENTAL
AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION. ALL TESTS MUST BE WITNESSED AND PASSED BY THE UTILITY
PROVIDER AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION PRIOR TO PLACING INTO OPERATION.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TO THE UTILITY PROVIDER ANY GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY
NORMALLY FURNISHED WITH THE PURCHASE OF ANY MATERIALS USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE
PROJECT AT HAND.

1. PROJECT CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOUND IN

REPORT SUBMITTED AT A LATER DATE.
